一、邀请信

技法指导

邀请信是邀请收信人参加某项活动的书信。在写作时，要注意邀请信的交际性，语气要真挚，避免带有不礼貌或强人所难的字眼。根据邀请信的性质可将其分为普通邀请信和正式邀请信。普通邀请信对内容和格式的要求都不高，只要说明活动的内容、时间、地点等即可。正式邀请信的措辞要正式，语气要热情有礼，态度要诚恳。邀请信的末尾都要表达希望对方参加或出席的愿望。具体写作结构为：

 

 

常用表达

1．It is a great privilege/honor for me to invite you to participate in...to be held in...on...

我很荣幸邀请您参加……在……举行的……

2．I feel it a great honor on behalf of...to invite you to participate in...

我很荣幸代表……邀请您参加……

3．Would you give the pleasure of doing...at...

您能赏光和我们在……做……吗？

4．You can reach me through my phone number...at your convenience.

您可以在您方便的时候打我的电话，号码是……

5．I would feel much honored if you could come.

如果您能来，我将深感荣幸。

6．If you are interested in it，please let me know and I’ll send you more information.

如果你感兴趣，请告诉我，我会给你发送更多的信息。

1.文章开头扼要地介绍了写信目的，表达邀请对方参加的愿望。使用了邀请信的套句：It is a great privilege for me to invite you to...，而且还自然地介绍了要点1：比赛时间。 2.文章主体部分介绍了演讲主题和报名方式。使用了一些亮点词汇theme，upcoming，sincerely，especially，profound，impress，inspire，more than和高级句式：定语从句which we sincerely expect to know from a native of Brain和条件状语从句If you accept our invitation。 3.信的结尾使用了邀请信的套语We are looking forward to...，表达了希望对方接受邀请的愿望。
