Have you found that more and more students are wearing glasses?

The main reason is that students spend too much time on playing phones or watching TV. Some students may have wrong positions such as reading in bed or reading in sun. Others may study for a long time and didn't have a rest. 

To protect our eyesight, student can take a rest every two hours when they are doing homework or watching TV. Second, it is important for students to do eye exercises twice a day. Finally, students must develop good habits, for example, sitting straight and never reading in bed. 

Everyone should play a role in protecting our eyesight.
