　　要求考生能用英语就一般性的主题发表个人观点：能描述图表和图画；能根据提纲、图表或图画等提示信息作较为深入的讨论、解释和说明。观点明确，结构清晰完整，用词贴切，语言表达流畅，语意连贯，能较好地运用写作策略。能在半小时内写出不少于150词的短文。——摘自《全国大学英语四、六级考试大纲（2016年修订版）》

　　词数方面，考纲要求的词汇是在150词以上。只要经过专门的训练和备考，这样的要求是比较容易满足的。我们建议词数控制在170词到190词左右，采取三段论的写法。这样一来，既能满足考纲要求，也能保持结构完整，在最大程度上获得分数。

　　写作体裁方面，考纲要求考生掌握的体裁并不多，只有发表观点（议论文）和描述图表和图画（说明文）。在体裁方面，考生不用准备太多，只要专攻考纲上列出的体裁就行。

　　内容要求方面，考纲要求观点明确，结构清晰完整，用词贴切，语言表达流畅，语意连贯，能较好地运用写作策略。这方面而言，我们不建议考生花大量时间准备新奇的想法、独特的观点、创新的建议，因为这样一来浪费时间，30分钟不足以思想还不成熟的大学生想出新奇的点子，二来新想法往往意味着表达难度的提升，在不具备熟练运用英语能力之前，用英语表达新观点很可能出错。因此，为了保持文章语意连贯且不出现语法错误，我们只建议考生写常见的观点、使用有把握的表达、遵循固定的结构。

　　写作话题方面，考纲给定的范围是一般性主题，例如评论一句话或者写做某件事的重要性。从这个角度上看，这类主题不会非常日常，但是对每个考生而言也不算陌生，有一定的思考难度；因此，考纲要求考生能作较为深入讨论。其实对于这样的话题，考生不必担心没有新奇的观点和深入的讨论，只要能切题即可。观点是否新颖不会在根本上影响分数；当然，如果考生能有深入探讨话题的能力，那无疑会加分不少。

　　综上，六级考试的作文存在一些难度，难度主要集中在词数要求较多以及话题有一定的思辩性。不过，只要经过专门的训练和练习，每个已经通过四级考生的考生都能轻松应对，不应具有畏难心理。
